When I painted Wetware (and her sister, Neon Ascension), I imagined two intrepid and sensual star navigators who trade in secrets- and desires. From glitzy, futuristic city-scape chases, to interplanetary, high-stakes drama, they masterfully outwit their foes using brains, beauty, and biting humor. The splashes of acrylic and spray-paint felt like an appropriate backdrop for her soft curves and vivid gaze. It was such fun to bring her to life and perhaps a story will follow!?
