As a big sci-fi nerd, it was incredibly fun to work on both of my afro-sci-fi pieces: Stargazer and Nephthys Rising. In this piece, I went a little cyber-punk with color and metallics, imagining a beautiful muse who holds worlds in her hands. From the loose acrylic and spray-painted background, to the last stroke of the gold sphere, I loved immersing myself in the world-building and can't wait to do so again!
